After getting a call about a loss of TV reception at a strata plan, we realised that the recently installed signal booster was missing!
It turns out that the owner of a unit had done some small changes with another electrician inside the unit.
For some reason he thought all the other cables connected to the aerial and the signal booster weren’t needed and removed them, leaving most of the units without a TV signal!
We swiftly recognised this and returned all the connections back as they were and provided a new signal booster to get them back up and running again!
